Art law is a complex cross-sectional subject. The event will therefore first give an overview of the most important areas of law in everyday artistic life: from the question of artistic freedom to copyright law and the drafting of contracts for art exhibitions. In addition to current cases from case law, participants can bring in their own examples of legal issues.
The event is aimed at all people working in the arts who are interested in legal issues in their everyday work. Artists are addressed just as much as galleries or museums.
