The planning, process and financing of temporary projects require their own methods and management: establishment of an organisational structure and process organisation with corresponding communication structures, time management, personnel and resource deployment, marketing, financial planning and contract design, right through to obstacle and risk analyses. In this workshop, you will learn about and apply helpful and tried-and-tested tools for project planning and process control.
Target group:
The event is aimed at all those who conceptualise, plan and implement projects in the cultural sector.

Stephan Bock, cultural manager (dipl.), cultural consultant, educator, supervisor (DGSv), trainer.
35 years of practical cultural work in leading positions; 20 years of cultural consulting and cultural management seminars; conception and development of many model projects with state, federal and EU funding; team and organisational development in the cultural sector; committee and association work; author of numerous specialist articles on the topic of "cultural management".
