With around 100,000 employees, the Federal Employment Agency (BA) is the largest social service provider of the federal government. The employees have expert knowledge of the labour and training market and advise people, companies, politicians and many other stakeholders. The BA supports many citizens with financial benefits such as unemployment benefit, child benefit or short-time working allowance. In this way, it helps to secure social peace in Germany.
