The Finne Brewery in Münster stands for newly interpreted classics and exciting creative beers in organic quality. Since June 2016, newly interpreted classics, seasonal specialities and creative beers have provided a new variety of beers in the Westphalian cathedral city, which was once home to more than 100 small breweries and was considered a beer stronghold. The term Finne shows the close connection to Münster: even today, people from Münster order a Finne (glass, bottle) of beer at the city's counters in Masematte, Münster's secret language. On various trips through Canada and the USA, the two Finne founders Florian Böckermann and Frank Sibbing discovered their passion for the great craft beer variety. Back in Münster, it didn't take them that long to finally realise their dream of having their own brewery in their favourite city. In the production of their beers, the two rely on glass production in addition to the use of exclusively organically grown hops and malts. "This allows our customers to see the quality of our beers for themselves on site.
