Multifaceted nature - experience the floodplain landscape
On this cycle tour, you will experience the floodplain landscapes along the Lippe and Ahse together with the tour guide. At numerous places there are attractive nature experience points at water bodies and wetlands. Observation huts and cosy seating areas invite you to linger. Bring binoculars, enjoy the landscape and discover the flora and fauna around Lippe Valley. The Auenland cycle path connects the adventure points with information boards for an entertaining journey along the Lippe and Ahse rivers. Other worthwhile destinations: St. Ida pilgrimage basilica, Hovestadt and Assen moated castles, Sändkers Mühle.
