Journey to Münster

Regular ICE and IC connections link Münster with the largest German cities. Therefore, the best way to get there is by train - with or without a bike. There is a bicycle station for parking directly at the station. But you can also travel by car thanks to the many multi-storey car parks.

Use the time to stroll through one of Germany's most attractive cities and enjoy the flair of this lovely university town. Magnificent buildings and spacious squares invite you to marvel and linger. The extremely rich cultural scene and an extraordinary gastronomic variety leave nothing to be desired. Discover exciting city districts such as the harbour, relax on the shores of Lake Aasee with a picnic or let yourself be surprised by the splendour of the flowers in the Botanical Garden.

The best way to get from A to B in Münster is by bus or bike. If you don't have your own bike, you can rent one for the first day.

In the midst of forests, you pass the late baroque architecture of Haus Rüschhaus. After a short break in the beautiful garden, you cycle further west and in just a few moments discover the moated castle of Haus Vögeding in idyllic surroundings. Keep going - the scenic path leads you to the imposing castle complex of Burg Hülshoff. Enjoy the extensive grounds with an original Hülshoff picnic from the castle restaurant.
