Cycling tour | Baroque meets modernity

Enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the town of Borken. Around the market square you will find nice cafés and shops as well as the FARB: Forum Altes Rathaus Borken. It is the town's new cultural centre and also houses the town museum. The Jugendburg Gemen, located on the outskirts of the town, is also worth a visit. The outdoor area is open at all times and invites you to take walks around the castle. The castle is not accessible from the inside, as it is used as a youth education centre.

You and your companions can end the evening in the spacious Aquarius Sauna. Five different saunas invite you to relax.

Spend today on a 33 km bike tour to the moated castle of Raesfeld. The castle is a perfect destination for cyclists - the restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the castle café invite you to linger. A short walk through the historic zoo is a must! Back on the 100 castles route, you will pass the Vennekenhof after a few kilometres. Browse through the farm shop and pick up a souvenir or two. Continue along the 100 Castles Route for a while until you leave the route and head back towards Borken.
Once there, you have time to stroll through the shops and, if you didn't already do so yesterday, spend your Borken shopping voucher.

After checking out, drive to the Pröbstingsee. A 6 km long circular walk invites you to take a stroll and takes you past the Pröbsting House. Let the trip end in a relaxed atmosphere with coffee and cake at the boathouse before the journey home.
