The beautiful old town, the unique lake landscape, heathland and moorland, rivers, canals, streams and picturesque districts - Haltern am See offers culture, nature and recreation for young and old. Even at weekends, visitors can still find secluded spots at the Hullern reservoir or in the Westrup Heath. By the way, the heath shows its most beautiful side in autumn.

And you can discover them in your own way, for example by bike on one of the six cycle paths of the over 280 km long network of circular routes.
