As a result of the Corona pandemic, unemployment and especially long-term unemployment has risen sharply. The programme "Outreach Stabilisation Counselling" supports people who are in long-term unemployment. In doing so, the counselling programme focuses on sustainably securing newly taken-up employment.
The outreach stabilisation counselling is intended to support former unemployed people in solving any problems that may arise after taking up employment at an early stage and to counteract a termination or cancellation of the new employment relationship. The offer is equally directed at companies that have taken on a previously unemployed person.
One focus of stabilisation counselling is outreach work. This is intended to reach people and companies who would otherwise have no further contact with the Job Centre or the Employment Agency after taking up employment.
The counselling service is free of charge and independent of the authorities and is open to all interested parties. It is not necessary to be referred by a job centre or the employment agency.
