If small and medium-sized enterprises would like to provide training, but because of their specialisation they are not able to provide all the prescribed training content, joint training can help. Here, two or more companies or a company and a training service provider have the opportunity to join forces in different ways and thus find new skilled workers. The state of North Rhine-Westphalia provides funding of 260 euros per trainee or apprentice per month (150 euros for part-time training). The maximum funding period is 18 months.
