Continued payment of wages in case of illness, holidays, protection against dismissal and break times: Mini-jobbers have the same rights as all other employees. But this does not always coincide with reality.
The aim of the Münsterland Regional Agency is therefore to show companies how they can use fair working conditions to enable fair competition and at the same time retain skilled workers. This applies both to the area of mini-jobs, but also with regard to low wages, undeclared work and temporary work. The conversion of mini-jobs into employment relationships subject to social security contributions also helps to tap new skilled labour potential.
The Münsterland Regional Agency has conducted a joint study with the initiative of the Münsterland Job Centres to investigate the situation in the region with regard to mini-jobs in particular.
