Glass finishing

Flat glass (any glass in the form of panes) can be finished both chemically and mechanically. Finishing techniques include sandblasting, powder coating, lacquer coating, screen printing, digital printing, groove cutting, glass fusing and UV bonding. Different functionalities are achieved through the various types of finishing. These include reflection of sunlight, prevention of disturbing reflections, opacity (frosted glass).
