Attracting skilled workers and labour from abroad

Recruiting skilled labour from abroad, especially from third countries, is a challenge for many companies. The reasons for this include the bureaucratic hurdles and the effort involved in recognising professional qualifications. However, successful employment requires not only support with integration into the team, but above all assistance in everyday life. Nevertheless, this effort pays off in most cases.
