Trainees are a key factor for companies to develop and position themselves for the future. In the fourth round of the best-practice collection #einfachmachen, the initiative is calling on companies to submit their good examples of apprentice recruitment and support until the end of 2021 under the title "Zukunftsfaktor Ausbildung".
The resulting collection is intended, on the one hand, to honour your commitment and show your attractiveness as a labour provider and employer to a large public. On the other hand, the examples should be a stimulus for other companies to develop their own concepts and further increase the attractiveness of the location. The more diverse the ideas are, the better. That is why we are not only looking for the big strategies and marketing concepts, but also the smallest measures. #SimplyMake is not a competition, but an equal collection of all approaches to the respective focus topic.
The Regional Agency is one of the four partners of the initiative, together with the Business Development Agency for the District of Borken (WFG), the Coesfeld District Business Development Agency (wfc) and the Coesfeld Employment Agency.
The initiative called on companies to present their good examples by the end of December 2021.
