With great vigour and creativity, many companies have developed exciting innovations through the Corona crisis that will not only change everyday working life and corporate culture for a short time, but perhaps permanently. It is precisely these agile ideas that the initiative "#makeitsimple - impulses for innovative HR work in Westmünsterland" is looking for in the third round of the best practice series. Companies and enterprises from the districts of Borken and Coesfeld are now called upon to share their experiences of good HR work in times of crisis under the title "Innovation boost crisis".
Just as in the first #einfachmachen rounds, the aim is to make these examples known via the website www.personalarbeit-einfachmachen.de - and thus give other companies the impetus to develop their own concepts with the help of these suggestions. This time, ideas are being sought on the following topics, among others: productive work in a home office, communication and leadership in virtual teams, tools for digital collaboration, corporate culture and team spirit in difficult times, support in balancing work and family, digital recruiting, digital job interviews, desk sharing or dealing with trainees before they start their training.
The Regional Agency is one of the four partners of the initiative together with the Business Development Agency for the District of Borken (WFG), the Coesfeld District Business Development Agency (wfc) and the Coesfeld Employment Agency.
The initiative called on companies to present their good examples of HR work in times of crisis by mid-August 2020.
