The Münsterland Regional Agency
The Münsterland Regional Agency is part of a state-wide implementation and support structure of the Ministry of Labour (MAGS) NRW and is based at Münsterland e.V. Together with a further 15 regional agencies and with the state's approval and advisory institutions, we implement the MAGS employment and training programmes locally. The financial and funding framework is provided by the European Social Fund (ESF) of the European Union.
As the interface between the state and the region, we are both an "outpost" of MAGS and an agency for the Münsterland region. We are involved in the implementation of funding programmes and therefore strategies of the state Ministry of Labour in the region. We also bundle the impetus from the Münsterland and report project ideas and special funding features back to the state.
Tackling the shortage of skilled labour together - NRW skilled labour campaign
The Skilled Labour Campaign as a central campaign of the North Rhine-Westphalian state government is supported locally by the Münsterland Regional Agency in order to effectively counteract the shortage of skilled workers in Münsterland. Under the motto "Finding and retaining skilled workers and qualifying", the Münsterland Regional Agency is working intensively with many partners in the labour market on practical solutions.
