Developing potential in the care sector is currently one of the most important labour market policy issues - especially due to the significant shortage of skilled workers that already exists in the region in this area. The Münsterland Regional Agency is focussing on this topic by providing information on two promising projects in particular:

The Strong Care project in Münster motivates employers to reverse their understanding of the role: It is no longer just the applicant who has to impress with their CV and stand out from the crowd. Companies must also show what makes them stand out and what characterises them as a good employer - with models for balancing family and career, company health promotion and further training opportunities.

At the same time, the aim is to improve the image of the profession, dispel prejudices and emphasise the positive aspects - and thus also attract career changers to the job, for example.
