Training programme NRW

Young people interested in training who have not yet found a suitable training place are supported by the new programme "Ausbildungswege NRW". The support programme includes needs-oriented coaching of young people in which they jointly develop binding training prospects. The coaches provide support in the search for a training place.

The "Ausbildungswege NRW" programme thus helps to ensure that as many young people as possible find a suitable training place. At the same time, it supports companies that lack suitable applicants in their search for trainees. After all, an apprenticeship is doubly important: for the companies, in order to secure qualified skilled workers, and for the young people as a basic prerequisite for professional success and social participation.
