Communication, project management or cultural promotion - – with the further education series Kulturakademie of the Kulturbüro Münsterland, you will be made fit for all important topics related to culture. Cultural actors can bring themselves up to date in various workshops and seminars : Professional artists, voluntary cultural actors, representatives from large or small cultural institutions, cultural administration or cultural policy are welcome. With or without previous knowledge.
In its tenth year, the continuing education series of the Kulturbüro Münsterland deals with a wide variety of topics: from contract law in Corona times to guerrilla marketing and possible funding programmes for your projects.
Most of the seminars are planned as face-to-face events. Should it not be possible to hold face-to-face events, taking into account the current Corona protection regulations, the seminars will be held online. The participation fee may be reduced as a result - information will then be provided individually.
Collaborative working and agile project management in the cultural sector (focus on museums)
Digital change, work in rapidly changing projects and, last but not least, exceptional situations such as the Corona pandemic are changing the work culture in art and cultural institutions. In many cases, staff members experience the familiarisation with new programmes, changing themes and short-term changes in plans as great pressure, sometimes even as stress.
In this workshop, we want to answer the question of why we need new work cultures and new, flexible structures of cooperation, in order to then show how such collaborative work and agile project management is practically possible for cultural enterprises - especially for museums. Concrete tools, programmes and application examples will illustrate the material. The aim of the workshop is to familiarise participants with the basics of new working methods and organisational processes.
The event will take place in cooperation with the Digitalteam westfälische Museen (LWL-Medienzentrum/LWL-Museumsamt).
The event is aimed at all actors in the cultural sector who would like to learn more about new working cultures and are looking for concrete approaches to flexible structures of cooperation.
