Communication, project management or cultural promotion - – with the further education series Kulturakademie of the Kulturbüro Münsterland, you will be made fit for all important topics related to culture. Cultural actors can bring themselves up to date in various workshops and seminars : Professional artists, voluntary cultural actors, representatives from large or small cultural institutions, cultural administration or cultural policy are welcome. With or without previous knowledge.
Special times require special measures. Therefore, we are not presenting an overall programme this year, but reacting at short notice to the respective current situation. Our offers, which are, as always, oriented towards the needs of the arts and culture professionals from the region, are conducted as face-to-face events or as an online format. This depends on the respective topic as well as the infection situation.
These events are already behind us in the current year.
Do you want to enable as many people with disabilities as possible - actors as well as guests or the public - to participate in art and culture? Whether in the theatre, museum, cinema or at concert events? But how to proceed in view of the multitude of disabilities and limited financial and human resources?
The workshop imparts knowledge about structured approaches and gives tips for concrete implementation.
Target group:
The event is aimed both at the people who conceive, prepare and implement art and cultural events and at people who are on stage and produce art themselves. Regardless of whether they have a disability or not.
Speakers:
Lisette Reuter, Un-Label, and Annette Ziegert, kubia

Even though social media are becoming more and more important in cultural public relations, classical press work is and remains a central part. Especially for voluntarily organised clubs, associations and organisations, media visibility is enormously important.
This event will first explain the theoretical basics of press work and clarify the following questions: What all belongs to press work, how do journalists and editors work, how is a newspaper structured and what characterises the media landscape in Münsterland? Afterwards, concrete examples will be given on how to write a good press release. The participants receive the right tools to become active themselves later. In addition to the formal and content-related standards of press releases, the course also deals with the selection of the right visual material, the structure of an effective press distribution list as well as information on the topics of press conferences, press kits and contacts with media representatives.
Target group
This event is primarily aimed at people who work in the cultural sector on a voluntary basis and are responsible for press work in their institution or association.
