Communication, project management or cultural promotion - The Kulturbüro Münsterland's Kulturakademie training series will get you up to speed on all important topics relating to culture. In various workshops and seminars, cultural players can bring themselves up to date: Professional artists, cultural volunteers, representatives from large or small cultural institutions, cultural administration or cultural policy are all welcome. With and without previous knowledge.
The project is ready, the partners and the right funding pots have been found - all that's missing is the funding application. However, it is often not so easy to put your ideas into concise and convincing words. How do I have to formulate my application so that an outsider can get a good impression of my project? What factors do I need to take into account for a convincing application?
This workshop offers concrete support: in addition to tips on content and form, there are practical tips to make the creative process of writing an application easier and increase your chances of receiving funding.
You will not only receive basic advice on how to formally structure your application, but also practical insights into how you can present your ideas effectively in text form.
The challenge of attracting new members to organisations and retaining them in the long term has increased significantly in recent years, not least due to the pandemic. This applies in particular to the search for committed young people in the voluntary sector.
In this workshop, we will focus on how (cultural) organisations can attract new, motivated members. Together with our speaker Maria Acs, we will look at topics such as contemporary volunteer management, organisational adjustments and best practice examples from the Münsterland region. We will also look at the specific challenges that cultural organisations face when recruiting new members.
