The regional agency also focuses on the possibilities of cooperation between people with and without disabilities in a company as an important current labour market policy topic. It also promotes the participation of people with disabilities in the labour market.

The regional agency will show interested stakeholders in the region what examples and ways of inclusion for good co-operation between people with and without disabilities already exist in Münsterland during discussions with employers and company tours of various integration companies in the districts of Münsterland and the city of Münster.
