New to Münsterland? Welcome to Münsterland. We are here for you and show you THE GOOD LIFE in the region! A job decision is always a decision about where to live. To make this a successful decision, the Onboarding@Münsterland service is aimed at both (new) skilled workers and employers.

As a welcome service, we support skilled workers in arriving and Münsterland and employers in the region in securing skilled workers. Employer branding as well as onboarding employees in their new place of living are not only tasks of employers, but also tasks of the region. Now is the time to face this challenge together.

The Onboarding@Münsterland service is a regional initiative of employers and economic actors in the Münsterland region and is implemented by Münsterland e.V. with the support of numerous institutions in the region. We want to make the strengths of our beautiful region visible and bring them to life through joint initiatives.

CAMPAIGN FOR SKILLED WORKERS IN MÜNSTERLAND

The Onboarding@Münsterland service launched a broad-based campaign for potential returnees in spring 2021: Going back to come back: Homecoming@Münsterland. With this, we want to motivate former Münsterlanders to perceive their home as an attractive working region and to come back to the region as a skilled worker.
