Olfen's calendar of events has a few surprises in store. Time and again, renowned artists are drawn to the small town in the southern Münsterland. The audience then flocks to the town hall, the town centre or the natural outdoor pool, which exudes a unique atmosphere. Live music in a relaxed atmosphere is offered by the "Olfen Summer Specials".

The Stadthalle is turning into a party hotspot!
A taste of Mallorca right in the heart of Olfen: on Friday 2 October, a new party kicks off at the Olfen Town Hall with ‘Night Specials in Olfen – Mallorca’. From 8.00 pm to 2.00 am, it’s time to party, sing along and dance to party hits, well-known Mallorca songs and plenty of good vibes – doors open at 7.30 pm.
DJ Max Reimann will be providing the perfect music from behind the decks. The 30-year-old from Waltrop has long made a name for himself at major events and party series. Among other things, he has already performed at the Parkfest in Waltrop, the White Sands Festival on Norderney, the Juicy Beats Festival, and at events organised by Red Bull and Seat. Mallorca-themed parties are also part of his repertoire. With high-energy remixes, well-known hits and a keen sense of the atmosphere on the dance floor, he brings everything needed for a long night of partying.
Daniel Lopez
Singer Daniel Lopez is coming to Olfen as a special guest. He became known to a wide audience through the first series of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar”. His single from that time, “Shine On”, made it into the Top 10 of the German charts. Lopez now performs German-language pop and Schlager, making him the perfect choice for an atmospheric live performance at the Night Specials.
Stolzenhoff will be providing a range of food and drink to keep everyone well fed and hydrated.

Back to the decade of cult hits
Following the huge success of the sold-out 80s party, the journey back in time at Olfen Town Hall enters its next phase: On Friday, 20 November, the “Night Specials in Olfen – 80s” will once again showcase the big hits, flashy sounds and unmistakable spirit of the 1980s.
The seven-piece band ‘Limited Edition’ will provide the perfect soundtrack. With their ‘80s UNLIMITED’ specials, they’ll be bringing the music of an entire decade to life on stage. Depeche Mode, Madonna, U2, INXS, Billy Idol, Eurythmics, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Simple Minds, Bon Jovi, Duran Duran and, of course, the Neue Deutsche Welle: the setlist promises plenty of songs where singing along is expressly encouraged.
But it’s not just about the music. With authentic sounds and matching outfits, Limited Edition also brings the 80s back to life visually. The show is a tribute to a decade that, with its music, flamboyant looks and pop culture, still enjoys cult status today.
And when the band takes a break or leaves the stage, the night is far from over: before and after the live performance, DJ Kerni takes over and ensures the dance floor stays lively until 2 am.
The event starts at 8.00 pm, with doors opening at 7.30 pm. Admission is for aged 16 and over.
