A lively stag party takes an unexpected turn: in the midst of the celebrations, a prominent guest is murdered. Now it’s time to put your detective skills and powers of deduction to the test, as the hunt for the culprit begins alongside the bride’s father, a police sergeant, and a detective inspector. Humorous dialogue, surprising twists and a gripping murder mystery provide top-class entertainment and keep you guessing right up to the end as to who is behind the crime.

The 2nd Winter Market will take place on Saturday 14 November, from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm, at the St. Ludgerus retirement home in Reken, Am Krankenhaus 1+3. Everyone is invited to come along and get into the spirit of the cold days and the run-up to Christmas during a cosy get-together. Under the marquees, you can expect a colourful mix of stalls selling biscuits, liqueurs, Christmas decorations made on a 3D printer and creative gift ideas.

We look forward to welcoming lots of guests!

Laughter is good for you

Laughter yoga is a unique concept that allows anyone to laugh for no reason at all. It requires no sense of humour, wit or comedy. Through laughter yoga exercises in a group setting, we stimulate your childlike playfulness. Laughter yoga involves a combination of laughter exercises and deep yoga breathing. It is a scientific fact that the body cannot distinguish between simulated and genuine laughter. The physiological and psychological benefits are the same. Laughter yoga promotes a positive mood by releasing endorphins, reduces stress hormones, strengthens the immune system, increases oxygen levels – particularly in the brain – supports personal performance, boosts creativity and fosters team spirit. Laughter yoga is surprising; it appeals to the emotions and conveys a simple message
