Summer cocktail: Münsterländer Abendrot

The summery cocktail "Münsterländer Abendrot" convinces with its fruity note, colourful appearance and the special Münsterländer ingredient, the Gräftenwasser. The fruity note of the organic juice creates a summery feeling, while the Gräftenwasser in the vanilla flavour and the grenadine provide the right sweetness. The whole thing is served on ice with a little mint and the cocktail is ready. What could be better than a delicious drink on a picnic, with or without alcohol? Just give it a try!

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail:

approx. 200 ml chilled orange juice
1 cl grenadine
2 cl vanilla water
ice cubes
some fresh mint

The quantities can of course vary according to taste.

For the alcohol-free version, simply omit the Gräftenwasser and the perfect summer cocktail is ready.

...and this is how it is done

Fill the ice cubes (quantity as desired) into your favourite sealable glass.
Pour the chilled orange juice into the glass.
For the alcoholic version: add the vanilla water and stir.
Then carefully pour the grenadine into the glass.
Finally, add some fresh mint. It is best to put the mint on the palm of your hand and tap it. This intensifies the flavour of the mint.
