MÜNSTERLAND. At last you can receive and entertain guests again. From Monday onwards, this will be possible again for gastronomic businesses, subject to certain conditions. On the platform www.muensterland.com/muensterland-geniessen, the businesses can register with their offer and enter deviating opening hours, ordering modalities and their Corona protection measures. The platform is intended to provide guests with a quick overview of which restaurants in the vicinity are already open again and under which conditions. Because even if opening is possible again under certain conditions, this does not automatically mean that all establishments will reopen promptly.
"With our developed Gastronomy Finder, we want to support the businesses in providing their guests with all important information at a glance. The faster the businesses register, the greater the added value for guests. We hope that in this way we can make a contribution to quickly bringing income back into the empty coffers of the restaurateurs," says Michael Kösters, head of the tourism division of the regional management organisation Münsterland e.V. "It is important that the businesses adhere to the hygiene regulations and thus show the customers that they can safely enjoy their food and drinks. Of course, guests are also called upon to observe distance rules."
Restaurants, cafés, beer gardens, ice cream parlours and other businesses that have reopened and are serving food and drinks to their guests can register. For this purpose, they can find a form at www.muensterland.com/muensterland-geniessen under the keyword "Registration for restaurateurs" with which they can register their offer.
The campaign of Münsterland e.V. is supported by the Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband Westfalen e.V. (DEHOGA Westphalia), the North Westphalia Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Münsterland Quality Network.
