From idea to business model: free workshops on Business Model Canvas offer practical support
A business idea is the first step on the way to a successful start-up. Business models can be developed and visualised using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). In order to offer those interested in setting up a business practical insights into BMC, the funded joint project "Grünes Gründen Münsterland", based at Münsterland e.V., is organising two workshops together with the project partners from the economic development agencies of the districts of Coesfeld (wfc), Steinfurt (WEst) and Warendorf (gfw) as well as the Münster Chamber of Crafts.
"The BMC is the first step on the way to creating a business plan or for the further development of the business concept in the life cycle of a company. In the workshops, participants develop their own BMC in order to find the ideal path for their own project. They also learn how they can integrate sustainable aspects into the business model," says Katharina Stemmer, project manager of "Grünes Gründen Münsterland". The free workshops provide practical insights into working with the BMC, one of the most effective tools for developing and visualising business models.
The dates for "Using the Business Model Canvas to achieve sustainable business success":
- Monday, 24 March, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. | GRIPS III, Am Campus 2 in Steinfurt
- Tuesday, 1 April, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. | gfw, Vorhelmer Straße 81, Beckum
