Great opportunities for SMEs: Practical forum for international employment at FIEGE Logistik

International skilled workers from third countries offer great opportunities, especially for small and medium-sized companies. In order to optimally utilise these and retain skilled workers in the long term, the right integration is required in addition to suitable recruiting. The Onboarding@Münsterland service of Münsterland e.V. therefore invites you to a practical forum on the topic of "International Employment" at FIEGE Logistik in the X-Dock at Münster harbour. The forum begins on Thursday, 23 April, at 2 pm. It is being organised together with the business development agencies of the Münsterland districts and the Employment Agency (Münsterland).

"The topic of 'international employment' always raises very specific questions. With the new format of the practical forum, we are therefore offering HR managers a platform to learn from each other in direct dialogue and share practical experiences," says Monika Leiking from the Onboarding@Münsterland service. The special thing about the event is that the participants set the agenda themselves. Anyone can submit a topic or take part in the forum without making a proposal of their own. The questions and topics from the plenum are then dealt with in several session phases.

The event is aimed at employees from the HR sector who would like to employ skilled workers from third countries or who have already gained initial experience in this field (recruitment agencies are not addressed). Participation is free of charge, registration is required by 17 April.
