Mastering where-used lists: Kulturakademie Münsterland gives tips on project accounting
It is rarely one of the things that artists and cultural professionals like to deal with the most: the utilisation report. It comes at the end of every project that has received public funding. The Kulturbüro des Münsterland e.V. offers tips for a successful project conclusion: As part of its continuing education series Kulturakademie Münsterland, the team will be advising interested cultural professionals in an online seminar on 30 October (Wednesday) from 2 to 5 pm.
The workshop will show what is important for a successful proof of utilisation, where typical pitfalls lurk, which accounting methods are helpful and how to deal with changes to the application. Practical examples and advice will help participants to bring their next project to a successful conclusion.
The speaker is Nilüfer Kemper, an independent cultural manager for the independent performing arts specialising in project management and business management. Participation is open to artists and cultural professionals who are looking for useful tips on how to prepare utilisation reports.
The participation fee is 15 euros and the number of places is limited. Registration is possible until 27 October at www.muensterland.com/kulturakademie.
