Regional, sustainable, future-orientated: Collaborative projects drive ecological transformation

EFRE funding projects inform and network at event at Gut Havichhorst

Driving forward the ecological transformation in Münsterland in a targeted manner: This is the aim of the new ERDF funding projects "Sustainable Innovation Münsterland", "Green Foundations Münsterland" and "Circular Economy Region Münsterland". At the kick-off event on 3 July (Wednesday) from 12.30 p.m. at Gut Havichhorst, Havichhorster Mühle 100, in Münster, interested parties can find out what is behind the project names and how companies, for example, can benefit from the project work. Interested parties from business, science and politics are invited.

On the one hand, the projects will present themselves under the title "ERDF times 3: Together for a sustainable Münsterland". The aim of "Grünes Gründen" is to promote sustainable start-ups and network science and the start-up scene. The title "Circular Economy Region" refers to the establishment of a central contact point and a competence network. And "Sustainable Innovation" promotes innovation cooperation between companies, start-ups, research institutions and young talent for sustainable transformation.

Paula Menninghaus, a young entrepreneur and sportswoman from Münsterland, will also be giving a talk. Among other things, she will provide insights into what companies can learn from sport for their transformation and how they can get fit for the future.

The reception begins at 12.30 pm, the programme starts at 1.30 pm and ends at around 4.30 pm with a snack. For those interested, a bus shuttle will be offered from Frie-Vendt-Platz in Münster at 12 noon.
