You start the day in Café Hüftgold in the TURMHAUS with a rich breakfast. A wonderful perennial garden with over 2,000 plants will delight you, and on a detour to Holland you can enjoy "Allerlei auf dem Markt" (Wednesday and Saturday), as well as tasty samples and a look behind the scenes at a rustic goat's cheese farm. A hearty Vesper plate in the Oedingen castle is the culinary end of the day.

Your journey of pleasure begins with a sumptuous TURMHAUS breakfast. Crispy rolls and fresh bread, cheese and cold cuts, homemade jams as well as country eggs, scrambled eggs, salmon and coffee from the "big pot" provide a culinary start to the day.

12:00 p.m. beautiful perennial garden...a feast for the eyes
Visit and guided tour of an approx. 3000 sqm perennial garden. Over 2000 different plants in lovingly laid out cottage, rock and herb gardens. Ponds, water features, fragrant roses and magnificent perennial beds, beautiful squares, seasonally changing decorative still lifes, lush bouquets and pretty accessories invite you to marvel and enjoy.

Take a stroll through Winterswijk and experience the flair of this charming border town. On Wednesdays (until 2 p.m.) and Saturdays (until about 4 p.m.), the famous lake fish and market takes place. A good opportunity to fortify yourself with typical Dutch delicacies.
16:30 Holland all cheese? ...you might think, but not everything is Gouda.
Experience a rustic goat's cheese farm with a dedicated cheese farmer who will explain his farm to you, from the daily milking to the rearing and production of his culinary delicacies. Of course, tastings and a homemade liqueur will be available for you in the rustic barn.

A hearty plate of vespers in the historic rooms of the Burghotel Pass are the culinary conclusion to an eventful day.
