In summer temperatures, you can look forward to relaxing and cooling off in the town of Ennigerloh. The Ennigerloh natural pool leaves nothing to be desired. The facility is located in a quiet and green environment. Whether you want to relax on the sunny sunbathing lawn, swim laps in the natural water or a speedy ride on the eight metre long wide wave slide: The natural pool has something for everyone! Children's pool, non-swimmers' area, a climbing wall, diving platforms, an artificial sand dune with beach chairs and a barrel sauna round off the offer. Come and visit!

Once a normal outdoor pool

The outdoor pool was first opened in 1939 - but back then it was still a conventional outdoor pool. It was only reopened in 2020 as a natural pool with biological water treatment just in time for the swimming season. The renovation work took ten months.

In the natural pool, the water is treated entirely without the use of chemical additives and undergoes a biological and mechanical purification process in planted substrate filters before it is fed back into the pool in bathing water quality.
