• Only clean women's clothing in good condition
• no summer clothing, no underwear and no shoes

- every Tuesday in the public library from 10 am - 12 pm

Every first Thursday of the month (except during school holidays), the Repair Café opens at Café Klatsch in the Multi-Generational Centre from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm (last items accepted for repair around 5.00 pm) to people who care about sustainability and reducing waste. “Repair rather than throw away” is the motto of the Repair Café team. Electrical appliances, watches, jewellery, computers, smartphones and items of clothing are expertly assessed by a team of 15 experts and, where possible, repaired. 

Over coffee, tea and biscuits, there’s plenty of opportunity for a chat, and plenty of tips and advice are shared.

The Ibbenbüren City Museum has countless photos of Ibbenbüren in its archives. On a large screen, the Friends of the small museum present a comparison of historical and current photos. Who recognises the old buildings and places? Who can contribute information or an anecdote? Visitors are cordially invited to join in the puzzles and have their say.
