The Münsterland Festival

Every two years for one month in autumn, the Münsterland Festival brings the traditions and lifestyle of a European region to Münsterland with music, art and dialogue . The next edition will take place in autumn 2027!

The artists at the festival represent the cultural diversity and current trends of the respective host region. The extensive programme is not to be found in isolation in the region's large event halls and museums, but in special, often somewhat smaller venues - in historic moated castles, former industrial wastelands, exhibition halls and art associations, selected concert halls or theatres. The musical focus is on jazz, pop, folk and classical music and is complemented by a varied programme of exhibitions and excursions.
