Westerkappeln Tractor Museum
Welcome to the Westerkappeln Tractor Museum! Here, the heart of technology enthusiasts beats faster. Immerse yourself in the world of historical agricultural machinery and discover an impressive collection of around 30 tractors.
In four exhibition units, the exhibits on display impressively document the development of the tractor from a towing vehicle to a universal tractor. The exhibits include both classics and rarities, including various Güldner, Hanomag and Deutz models from the 1950s. The 12 hp Lanz Bulldog is the oldest tractor in the collection. You can also discover a range of equipment that was used to thresh grain in the past - for example a flail thresher that was in use until the beginning of the 20th century or a combine harvester.
The Westerkappeln Tractor Museum also caters for your physical well-being. After visiting the exhibition, you can take a break in the hallway of a cosy barn and fortify yourself with coffee and cake.
