Raft trips through the Steverauen

Let yourself drift through the wild nature on the Stever and enjoy the unique view in the Steveraue Olfen. Take a raft trip on the "Antonia" raft. The raft trips are offered from around July to October. You will be accompanied by an experienced Stever floodplain guide who will not only take you safely through the floodplains, but will also have plenty to tell you. Forget everyday life and enjoy a wonderful time on the water. Look out for donkeys, horses, wild cattle and storks.

You can book the trips online and on site at the reception desk in Olfen town hall (Kirchstraße 5, 59399 Olfen). Raft trips are available for groups of up to 15 people. But individuals and small groups also have the chance to take part in a "public raft trip" on a few Sundays a year. It pays to be quick. The trips are quickly fully booked! Advance booking usually starts in December of the previous year.

Tip: Bring drinks and snacks for a small picnic on the raft.
