Hire picnic decorations from federherz

Procedure:

You can submit your hire enquiry for the picnic sets directly online via the website of federherz website.

1. Select your favourite picnic set on the website.
2. Select the scope of the bookable flower package (without flowers, artificial flowers, fresh flowers) and add possible picnic add-ons (e.g. parasol, etagere or drinks dispenser).
3. Pick up the decoration set yourself on your individually chosen date or book delivery and set-up via federherz.
4. Enjoy your special day and return the decorations after the hire period.

Please note: In case of bad weather, a covered plan B is required. The decoration must also be taken down in case of rain or similar.

Prices:

The prices for the hire of picnic decorations vary between €265 and €365 depending on the type of picnic set and equipment.

Hire period, collection & return:

• The hire period for picnic sets is 4 days per set. The standard hire period is from Friday to Monday. On these days, collection and return is possible from 9 am to 12 noon.
• You will receive your decoration set on the first day of the selected hire period by collecting it yourself in 45731 Waltrop. Delivery is also possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
• The decoration set will be packed securely to save space. When collecting, please make sure you have a vehicle with sufficient loading capacity.
