The state project of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs "Kein Abschluss ohne Anschluss" (No graduation without a connection) helps to make the transition from school to work easier for young people. The municipal coordination centres play a central role in the implementation of the state project. They network the players in the respective municipalities and bundle all local activities and services relating to the transition from school to work.
