Training with a disability

For many young people with disabilities, the chances of getting a company-based training place are slim. This is not only due to the demands of the training market, but often also to the scepticism of many employers: they fear performance deficits and additional work. Wrongly so: professionally supported young people with a disability can successfully complete an apprenticeship.
