Immigration from third countries is an important building block in countering the current and future shortage of skilled labour! Are you an employer and have not yet dealt with this topic? Would you like to know what the Skilled Labour Immigration Act means and which countries it applies to? SUCCESSFULLY ATTRACTING AND RETAINING SKILLED WORKERS FROM ABROAD

We offer one-day workshops throughout Münsterland to sensitise and prepare employers for the employment of skilled workers from third countries. We provide practical approaches: from recruitment to the first 100 days in the company, right through to arriving at their new place of residence and developing a long-term perspective for the new employees.

The workshop series is aimed at employers from the Münsterland region who are interested in employing skilled workers from third countries or who have already gained initial experience. The workshop is not aimed at recruitment agencies or multipliers.

Each workshop is free of charge and includes drinks and lunch.

The next event will take place on 8 July 2026 in Dülmen.

The workshop series is a project of the Onboarding@Münsterland service in cooperation with the business development agencies of the districts of Borken, Coesfeld, Steinfurt and Warendorf as well as the employment agencies in Münsterland.
