Attracting and retaining skilled workers from abroad: Service Onboarding@Münsterland invites you to a workshop in Warendorf
The shortage of skilled labour is a challenge for many industries - and hiring international employees is a valuable opportunity. To make this a success, the Onboarding@Münsterland service of Münsterland e.V., together with the business development organisations of the Münsterland districts and the Federal Employment Agency, has designed a Münsterland-wide series of workshops for employers in the Münsterland. The next date is on Tuesday, 16 September, from 8.45 am to 5 pm at Hof Lohmann, Gronhorst 10 in Warendorf-Freckenhorst.
In a compact one-day workshop, practical approaches for the entire process will be conveyed: from recruitment to organising the first 100 days in the company to arriving at the place of residence. The workshop also looks at developing a long-term perspective for the new team members. "We provide support in systematically preparing for the recruitment and long-term retention of international specialists," says Monika Leiking, Head of Service Onboarding.
Anyone who would like to employ skilled workers from third countries or has already gained initial experience in this field is invited to attend. Recruitment agencies and actors with a multiplier function are not addressed.
Participation in the workshop is free of charge, including drinks and lunch. Please register by 12 September at guides.eventbrite.de.
