The 10 golden rules of business succession: Workshop on 18 October in Gronau

Future plan for company succession? Anyone who can imagine taking over an existing company is in good hands with speaker and lawyer Felizita Söbbeke. In the workshop on 18 October in Gronau, she will give potential successors helpful tips for planning and implementing company succession. The workshop is organised by the joint project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland.

Felizita Söbbeke is a lawyer with a passion. As a notary, lawyer and experienced lecturer at conferences and training courses, she will provide participants in the workshop with tips from various areas of business succession. The ten golden rules of business succession range from the personal and psychological perspective of entrepreneurs to the definition of goals and the various forms of a handover to the implementation of the succession. The speaker will give recommendations and suggestions on important issues and answer questions.

As the project lead of the joint project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland, Münsterland e.V. is organising the event for prospective company successors, founders and young entrepreneurs.

The joint project Gründergeist #Youngstarts Münsterland strengthens the start-up intensity in Münsterland. It taps into new start-up potential and target groups with target group-specific offers. In addition to the school sector, the project focuses on the topic of business succession. Among other things, potential successors are supported through workshops and online seminars in their possible decision for business succession.

The project is funded by the European Union and the NRW Ministry of Economics as part of the ERDF call for proposals "Regio.NRW".
