Food from the region: Münsterland eco-model region invites you to an information meeting in Altenberge
How food from the Münsterland eco-model region finds its way into the home kitchen is the topic of an event in Altenberge on 18 September (Wednesday) from 5 to 7 pm. Klaus Strüber, expert and organiser of the event, will explain the principle of so-called solidarity agriculture (Solawi for short) and the farms Entrup 119 and Wilde Rauke will show how the regional supply of food works.
"Everyone who is interested in sustainable agriculture and fresh, regional food is cordially invited," says Juliane Rabe, project manager of the Münsterland eco-model region based at Münsterland e.V. "Food loses its price and gets its value back - participants will find out what is behind this evening's motto on site."
The information meeting will take place on the farm of Initiative Entrup 119 e.V., Entrup 119 in 48341 Altenberge. Admission is free. Please register by e-mail to info@klaus-strueber.de by 17 September.
The event is part of the sales promotion project "(Ernährungs-)Zukunft NRW: RegionalÖkologisch" of the state government Organic Farming North Rhine-Westphalia e.V., funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
