Places still available: Practical forum highlights ways to achieve success in international employment

Attracting international skilled workers, integrating them effectively into the company and retaining them in the long term: how this can be achieved in practice will be the focus of the ‘Practical Forum on International Employment’ on 7 October from 2 pm to 7 pm at FIEGE Logistik X-DOCK in Münster. A few places are still available for this free event.

The Practical Forum is aimed at HR managers as well as stakeholders from local authorities and other organisations. The event will open with a keynote speech by Dr Ursula Bertels from the Association for Ethnology in Schools and Adult Education (University of Münster), who will highlight the importance of intercultural skills for successful onboarding. This will be followed by two workshop sessions offering practical insights. The focus will be on personal exchange, shared challenges and concrete experiences relating to international employment.

Münsterland e.V. is organising the practical forum in cooperation with the economic development agencies of the districts of Borken, Coesfeld, Steinfurt and Warendorf, as well as the employment agencies in the Münsterland region.
