‘Trompetenbaum und Geigenfeige’ concert series: BigBand Dorsten performs in Hörstel-Riesenbeck

With its concert series ‘Trompetenbaum und Geigenfeige’, Münsterland e.V. is once again bringing live music to selected gardens and parks in the Münsterland region this summer. On Sunday 5 July, one of the Ruhr region’s oldest jazz ensembles, the BigBand Dorsten, will be playing at the Agricultural Machinery Museum in Hörstel-Riesenbeck.

Since its first public concert in the spring of 1982, the band has given over 250 performances, covering well over 300 different songs. The BigBand has regularly been supported by well-known guests and personalities such as Peter Herbolzheimer and Romy Camerun.

Tickets cost 16 euros in advance and 18 euros on the door. In the event of bad weather, the concert can take place under cover.

Full details and tickets – including for other events by “Trompetenbaum und Geigenfeige” – are available at www.trompetenbaum-geigenfeige.eu.
