Arrival in Oelde - dinner at the Potts Brewery

Your journey begins in Oelde, where you will visit the traditional Potts brewery in the evening. Enjoy Westphalian specialities and freshly tapped beers in a rustic atmosphere - a perfect start to experience the themes of beer, grain and culture right at the beginning.

Cycle tour Oelde - Everswinkel - Münster (approx. 56 km)

The first stage takes you through the Münsterland parkland to Everswinkel. The Gerbermann distillery awaits you there, where you can learn about the art of distillation and savour fine grain brandies. You will then reach Münster in the afternoon. During a city tour, you will discover some of the places worth seeing in the university and cycling city: the Prinzipalmarkt, St Paul's Cathedral, the historic town hall and the picturesque Aasee lake. The evening is best rounded off in one of the cosy restaurants or breweries, for example in the old Pinkus Müller brewery or in the harbour brewery.

Day 3

Beautiful half-timbered houses characterise the centre of Ladbergen

Cycle tour Münster - Senden - Ascheberg (approx. 38 km)

After breakfast, you cycle south at a relaxed pace. Once you arrive in Senden, you reach the graceful Schloss Senden, a moated castle with an impressive history (it's not called the most exciting building site in Münsterland for nothing). Fancy a cosy coffee break? Then head to Hofcafé Grothues Potthoff, where you will be spoilt with homemade cakes and regional specialities. In the evening, spend the night in Ascheberg and enjoy the rural hospitality.

Day 4

Cycle tour Ascheberg - Ennigerloh - Oelde (approx. 48 km)

The last stage takes you back to Oelde via Ennigerloh. On the way, you will once again experience the typical Münsterland landscape with cornfields and idyllic farms. Pure country idyll! Your journey comes full circle in Oelde - four days of enjoyment, nature and culture are behind you.
