Pure nature and shopping tour

The cycle tour starts from the FOC in Ochtrup and leads to the first destination in the cosy pedestrian zone of Ochtrup's city centre. Passing the Lamberti Church, the tourist information office and the pottery museum, the tour continues to the cycle station at the railway station and out into the farming communities. Leaving the town, you first follow the 100 Castles Route along the Tütenvenn and Gildehauser Venn nature reserves towards Bad Bentheim. Before you reach the border with Lower Saxony, head towards the Wester and Oster farming communities to more fields, meadows and past Forst Bentheim. Rest areas for small breaks and picnics are located at numerous points along the route. The family-friendly cycle tour can easily be completed in one day.
