LORD OF THE LOST as headliner and SETYØURSAILS as co-headliner at Oelde Open Air!

Oelde Open Air 2026 promises to be a real highlight for metal fans from the region and beyond on Friday evening, as headliners LORD OF THE LOST combine elements of metal, industrial, glam, rock and pop, constantly reinventing themselves both visually and musically with ever-increasing national and international success.

As CO headliners, SETYØURSAILS deliver a show full of energy and musical power.

Presented by Pott's Brauerei, the organiser iFAN MUSIK UG is organising a pulsating festival on the Sparkassen-Waldbühne in the Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park for the 4th time.

Following their acclaimed appearance at Oelde Open Air 2024, the internationally successful symphonic metal band BEYOND THE BLACK is returning to headline the festival once again with singer Jennifer Haben. This year, the current album "break the Silence" will take centre stage.

BEYOND THE BLACK will be supported at the Oelde Open Air by the high-calibre support bands CALLEJON and RISING INSANE, who will open the festival day with energy and power.

iFAN MUSIKUG is also the organiser on day two of the festival and is presented by Pott's Brauerei Oelde

As part of the 2026 open-air Summer Wind Concerts, the oldest music corps in the German Armed Forces will be performing under the direction of Alexander Kalweit on the sparkassen-Waldbühne stage in Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park.

As a sounding mirror of the Bundeswehr, the Münster Air Force Music Corps provides a versatile and flexible soundtrack for a wide variety of events. The repertoire includes traditional military music and ranges from classical music to sophisticated light music. Soloist Eyal Ein Habar will delight the audience with his flute.

3rd Oelde Wine Evening

On Friday 4 September 2026, Oelde town centre will once again provide the backdrop for a very special event from 6 pm to midnight. Following last year’s successful debut, the 3rd Oelde Wine Evening once again offers an unrivalled blend of wine tasting, atmospheric music, culinary delights and shopping.

The event is organised by the Town of Oelde, the Trade Association and Sparkasse Münsterland Ost.

Numerous exciting play and hands-on activities are organised around the children's museum. The crazy vehicle park, a colourful play landscape and a new indoor playground under the glass roof of the KLIPP KLAPP museum are just waiting to be discovered. What are you waiting for? As part of the 2001 State Garden Show in Oelde, a district shooting festival was held in today's Four Seasons Park with the participation of numerous shooting clubs and bands. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the State Garden Show, the Oelde shooting clubs, the Förderverein Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park Oelde e.V. and Forum Oelde will once again organise a district shooting festival in the Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park.

It starts on 3 October at 2 pm with a large parade through the town centre to the park, where greetings will be given from 3 pm before the shooting of the reigning queens and kings begins at 4 pm.

The enthronement is expected to take place at 6 pm.

After 20 successful years as part of Münster’s cult cabaret group STORNO, it is now time for something new. Thomas Philipzen is coming to the Axtbach Arena in Oelde on 8 October 2026 with his latest solo programme.

In “Hirn in Teilzeit” (Part-Time Brain), he races through the volatility of the broader political and social climate, acting, singing and improvising. And in the meantime, that’s turning our control centre into a proper headache. How is the madness of this vast planet supposed to fit into such a small brain? To give the frontal lobe a proper clear-out, a bold laugh in the face of it all helps.
