Picnic events in the Münsterland

Our monthly meeting at the village pond. With a lantern festival, St Martin's play and St Martin's goose for the children.

There will once again be plenty of seating for socialising and various caterers and clubs will provide a varied range of food and drink.

Delicious bread rolls, aromatic coffee and hot chocolate

Accompanied by homemade jams and spreads, local honey from the beekeeper and fresh sausage and cheese specialities. 

Plus lovely people – the perfect start to the day and to the year!

Sit together in a cosy atmosphere, talk, listen to Christmas carols, sing along and get in the mood for the coming Advent season: All this is possible at the cosy mulled wine picnic on 27 November.

Everyone can bring their own biscuits or drinks. Waffles and mulled wine (with and without alcohol) will be on offer.

"We hope that Telgte residents will take a little time out at our mulled wine picnic, chat to each other and look forward to the Christmas season together," says Annika Becker, Head of Tourism + Culture.

Celebrate the Advent party with us on 1 Advent at the Teuto-Alpakas in Tecklenburg - thanks to the option of moving into the cosy stable, you can do so regardless of the weather! Enjoy the Christmas atmosphere with mulled wine, grilled sausages and live guitar music directly between our alpacas (in good weather outside by the fire bowl).

Would you like to celebrate Advent in a different way? Get into the Christmas spirit together with our plushies!

In this offer we provide a Christmas programme for the public in our forest landscape on the pasture or in the stable. There is a special photo opportunity with Christmas props, information and joint feeding of the alpacas.

There will also be an atmospheric, warm fire in a fire bowl (weather permitting). If you like, you can enjoy a mulled wine or children's punch and grill sausages by the fire while we sing or listen to Christmas carols on the guitar.

In the Advent-decorated stable or in the meadow, there will be an Advent buffet for everyone to bring along, with treats from and for everyone, e.g. biscuits, salads or baguettes.

Important: Wear weatherproof clothing and shoes and bring treats for the buffet. Sausages and mulled wine can be booked until 5 pm the day before, otherwise please bring your own (veggies also possible). For sausages, please bring long, sharpened sticks.
