Together with Duesmann Food and Catering and in cooperation with the cultural office and the rock'n'popmuseum, the city marketing department is planning a continuation of the evening market on the former Landesgartenschau grounds.
Last year already showed that the space on the former Landesgartenschau grounds is great for the "LAGAkoller". During the summer months, this atmosphere will once again be in evidence at the "LAGAkoller" evening market on three Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., subject to protective and hygienic measures. The first LAGAkoller will take place on 12 June. Further dates are 08 July and 12 August. The organisers Stadtmarketing and Duesmann Food und Catering, together with Sparkasse Westmünsterland, are looking forward to a continuation. "The evening market was very well received by the visitors and we would like to build on this success," says Elke Rinke from Stadtmarketing. "Last year, the adherence to protective and hygienic measures already worked well, and every single visitor contributed to this," said Maike Knichwitz from the city's marketing department.
Not only can fruit, vegetables, flowers, bread and chicken cutlets be bought at the evening market, but visitors also have the opportunity to buy fresh food and drinks and eat them at designated seating areas on the Inselpark grounds.
As a highlight, picnics can also be held in a special form on the Inselpark grounds. Special places will be designated which can be booked in advance of the event as pick'n'VIP places. A special drinks offer rounds off the range of "VIP places".
