Brother Claus Chapel Picnic Area
The Bruder Klaus Chapel near Havixbeck is a great place to rest and take a break. The picnic area attracts visitors with a wonderful view over the expanse of the Münsterland park landscape and the Baumberge. Picnicking is expressly permitted here. The anteroom of the chapel offers good shelter in wind and weather. A forest lounger invites you to relax and unwind. After a short bike ride or a long walk, the Brother Klaus Chapel is the perfect picnic destination.

Accessibility & Parking
The site at the chapel is not accessible by car, but only on foot or by bicycle. You can park your car in the car park of the restaurant "Hotel-Café Teitekerl". The address is given above. From there, walk 850 metres along the Way of the Cross to the Brother Klaus Chapel.

The picnic area at the Bruder Klaus Chapel is located directly on the Baumberg Cross Path, which starts at the "Hotel-Café Teitekerl" restaurant.
You can also join the Ludgerusweg in the immediate vicinity. The 30-kilometre-long hiking trail connects Tilbeck Abbey south of Havixbeck via Billerbeck with the district town of Coesfeld.
