For those who want to combine their picnic with something active, the Dreiländersee in Gronau is the perfect picnic spot. The name of the body of water is no coincidence. The 28-hectare lake connects the Netherlands, Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia.

The Dreiländersee attracts visitors with a variety of leisure activities. Whether it's mini-golf, cycling, boating, horseback riding, hiking or simply enjoying the view of the lake - everyone will find something to suit them here.

The lake also offers great entertainment for younger guests with playgrounds, a sandy beach and a large football pitch. In addition, thanks to the very good water quality, swimming is possible in the lake. Of course, a picnic basket filled with all kinds of delicious products is a must. From the Dreiländersee car park, you can reach the lake in just a few minutes. You will find the car park at the following address: Brechter Weg, 48599 Gronau (Westphalia).
By bus, take the T5 bus to Gronau, Abzw. Dreiländersee (this is a taxi bus, which you must call 30 minutes before departure).
