Why is it particularly worth visiting the four-season park in Oelde as a destination for a picnic in spring? 60,000 flower bulbs and 27,000 planted horned violets bloom from April onwards and show off their brightest colours. It goes without saying that there are plenty of places to sit and relax.

Green lawns and meadows as well as a permanent picnic area with tables and benches are ideal for your picnic. A unique arrangement of children's museum, playgrounds, concert stage, park swimming pool and catering facilities opens up in the middle of the blossoming park landscape.

There are also four permanent picnic huts available for hire for 15 euros per day. These huts are particularly suitable for spending the day in the park, as they can be locked and thus serve as a base station for all kinds of activities in the park. Further information can be found here.
